Just relocated to the Raleigh area and purchased a new home with many windows. We called Carolina Blind Crafters to schedule a consultation before we closed on the home. Our sales person, Denise, met us at the house and discussed different window treatment options that fit our needs and budget. Denise was fantastic and had a great design sense! We ended up going with the cordless honeycomb shades with blackout fabric in the bedrooms and light filtering fabric in the living areas. They were able to schedule the install the day after we closed so we wouldn’t have to stay in the house with nothing covering the windows. The installers showed up on-time and did a careful job. The shades turn around out perfectly and we love them! My husband and I were very pleased with their service and product. We will be referring them to our neighbors in the future.

Estimate was provided on the spot after general measurements had been taken. The installer later came back on the same day and took more precise measurements. The lead time from the placement of the order and the installation was about 2 weeks, and the actual installation was completed for the entire house in a single day. We were very happy with the final product. We had gotten multiple quotes, and Carolina Blind Crafters had not only the most competitive price but also was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

Their designer scheduled time and we met to discuss options, which was very helpful. A day or two later the installer came to do precise measurements to send to the factory. They had told us to expect a 4-6 week time frame for the manufacturing of the shutters. So, we were surprised when they called 2.5 weeks later to schedule the installation the following week. The installer showed up bright and early and worked into the early evening to complete the job stopping only to take lunch. I was amazed that they finished in one day considering they installed 2 triple wide, 3 double wide, and 5 single wide window sets, with one of the triple wide sets being quite large. We are really pleased with our new shutters.
