Great Smoky Mountains
May 21, 2018
We are big fans of North Carolina partly because of all the natural beauty it has to offer. If you haven’t been to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park yet, you should get there. Since it is so awesome and in our state, you will enjoy a trip there if you can make it.
On May 22, 1926 the Great Smoky Mountains officially became a National Park and as a result has been able to stay natural for the most part. The Park is situated on the Tennessee and North Carolina border. The views are breathtaking and you will be glad you spent some time walking or driving around. Wild animals, including bears, are roaming around the area. We recommend hiking around on one of the many trails that are available since the views are so incredible.
