Exercise at Home

Since most people are stuck at home these days, you may need some ideas or motivation for staying moving and healthy. We’ve been looking for some ways to exercise without having to go to a gym.
We’ve been getting into running and there are a few good options to use even if you haven’t run before.
Couch to 5k is great if you haven’t run before or haven’t in a long time. It starts off slow and helps encourage you to keep going. The pace is nice and can give you a sense of accomplishment once completed.
Peloton is offering 90 days for free on their app to get your body moving.

If you have kids at home, The Wirecutter has many options that can keep kids engaged and active while home.
If you have a local running store or gym, chances are they have something that they recommend as well. Check out your local shops and gyms to see what they are saying.
