Have you been to a local hockey game in recent times? The Charlotte Checkers are a minor league professional hockey team. They play in the American Hockey League and are the top minor league affiliate of the Carolina Hurricanes in the NHL.
The tickets are cheaper than NHL tickets and they play in Bojangles Stadium. Bojangles and some exciting hockey at the same time? It can be quite a grand time.
